Meet Our Founder
Dr. Jose Perez is a visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in business strategy and development. As the co-owner of DPV Transportation, a global chauffeured service company, he led the expansion of its U.S. offices and international operations, including a support office in Medellin, Colombia. Under his leadership, DPV earned recognition as one of the Boston Globe’s Best Places to Work for two consecutive years (2020 & 2021).
Dr. Perez has secured over $100 million in corporate bids and workforce development grants, creating new job opportunities and empowering his teams. As the founder of Roads Consulting Group, a minority-owned business strategy firm, he is passionate about supporting disadvantaged communities and businesses, helping them overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
An educator at Baystate College and a board member of Dorchester Bay Economic Development, Dr. Perez’s commitment to community empowerment and business excellence drives the mission of Roads Academy.
