Please read these Terms of Service (together with our Privacy Policy located at https://learn.roadsacademy.com/privacy, and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum, the “Terms of Service”) carefully before using https://learn.roadsacademy.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, or applications offered by Roads Academy (“Roads Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (together with the Site, the “Services”). These Terms of Service set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Services.
1) Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (including, for clarity, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum) and all other rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site. These Terms apply to all users of the Services.
Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver: Except for certain disputes described in the Arbitration Section below, you agree that disputes between you and Roads Academy will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
2) Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may not use the Services. The Services are provided solely for your personal or organizational use and not for resale or transfer. If you register on behalf of a company, entity, or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
3) Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate and current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to us.
4) Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you provide us with personal data subject to the GDPR or similar regulations, you agree to the terms outlined in our Data Processing Addendum.
5) Content
- Definition: “Content” includes, without limitation, text, data, graphics, videos, software, and user-generated materials.
- User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you upload, share, or submit. Roads Academy is not responsible for User Content and disclaims liability for it.
- Restrictions: Content provided on the Services may be protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, or exploit Content without proper authorization.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Content solely for educational purposes through the Services.
6) Rules of Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading or sharing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Disrupting the functionality of the Services.
- Collecting personal data of other users without consent.
7) Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites or resources. Roads Academy is not responsible for such resources and your use is at your own risk.
8) Payments and Billing
Certain Services may require payment (“Paid Services”). Payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees through our designated payment processor. Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
9) Warranty Disclaimer
The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Roads Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roads Academy, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11) Arbitration Clause and Class Action Waiver
All disputes between you and Roads Academy will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to bring or participate in class actions. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by providing written notice to legal@roadsacademy.com.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roads Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim, or $500, whichever is greater.
13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, unless arbitration applies.
14) Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site or notifying you by email. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance.
15) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms (including our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum) constitute the full agreement between you and Roads Academy.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign ours freely.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Notices: Notices may be sent electronically to the email associated with your account or to info@roadsacademy.com.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Roads Consulting Group (“Roads Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information on https://learn.roadsacademy.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, or applications we offer (together with the Site, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy covers Roads Academy’s processing of Personal Data that Roads Academy gathers when you access and use the Services. Note: We may also process Personal Data of our users’ own customers, learners, or employees in connection with the provision of our Services. If we are the processor of your Personal Data, please contact the controller (i.e., the user or individual offering the course, program, or other service) in the first instance to exercise your rights.
What Personal Data does Roads Academy collect from you?
We collect Personal Data about you when you provide such information directly to us, when third parties provide us with Personal Data about you, or when Personal Data is automatically collected in connection with your use of our Services.
Information we collect directly from you may include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Billing zip code and/or country of residence
If you provide Personal Data of others to Roads Academy, you represent that you have authority to do so. All information you upload about others will be covered by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
In order to collect payments on your behalf and provide payments to you, we use Stripe as a third-party payment processor. Payment information is stored and processed only by Stripe. Please review Stripe’s policies at https://stripe.com/us/legal and https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
